Swami Gupta on Finding Peace

Truth. Responsibility. Acceptance. Discipline but not seriousness. Patience. Determination. Sincerity. Totality. 100%

“I want you to be a decision maker for yourself, not another person. We are habituated that others should take decisions about/for us. That is unconscious. Our whole life we are influenced by others, so we miss our life by being unconscious and which we don’t accept. We think what we are doing is the best thing, but we are limiting ourselves by giving consolation to ourselves. So be truthful to yourself. Celebrate yourself and accept that you are unconscious. That is leading to consciousness. You are carrying God’s spark within you. You are not less than God. Your own being is part of existence. You are not ordinary. Everyone is part of the existence. While I am communicating, while you are listening-there is no difference, the only difference is your state of mind. Your mind is listening in its own way. When you listen, you think you are listening, but there is an unconsciousness there. That is the reason I am teaching you different practices so at the end you are becoming conscious. You are getting the taste of consciousness. Getting the taste of peacefulness and getting the taste of your own self, your own space.” Swami Gupta Aug 26, 2022

Come to the moment.

Be conscious. Know when you are not. Don’t miss the moments. Don’t miss the opportunity. You are responsible for where you are. You must know where you are on the path.

Celebrate every moment

You are meant to enjoy this life. No need to be serious. I do not wish to make you serious about meditation or religion. You should have fun in your life. Eat good food. Listen to good music. Enjoy your friends. Enjoy your family. There is no need to be serious about meditation. Taste the wine. Taste the delicious food. Just do it all with totality. You must know when you are not conscious. Accept that. That is the beginning.
